Awarded by BSI in May 2011, the scope of works for which the Certificate of Registration was issued is to provide Specialist Health and Safety Advice on CDM Co-ordinators Duties, Construction Phase and Health and Safety Plans, Risk Assessments and Method Statements, Health and Safety Policies and Design and Delivery of Training Programmes.

Tennyson Suite Limited is a CHAS accredited CDM Co-ordinator providing a statutory duty on behalf of Clients with regard to their new construction, extension, refurbishment and repair contracts to their developments, property portfolios, workshops, offices and tenanted areas.
