Tennyson Suite is trialling a 4-day week for its employees from 5th April 2022.
Due to a keen interest, the suggested benefits to employee well-being, increased productivity and the promise of a longer weekend, the senior management team has offered the Company’s employees the opportunity to trial a four-day working week.

Consultation and Freedom of Choice
Conscious that the proposed new working regime may not be for everyone, emphasis has been placed on the freedom of choice. Therefore, those team members who have commitments outside of work or who prefer the present working arrangements, can opt out, such that no team member is undertaking the working day in a manner that does not suit their schedule.
Uninterrupted and Unlimited Service for our Customers
By dividing the teams within the organisation, our clientele can always speak to a member of our team at every level during working hours, and no service provision is left without cover. Thus, throughout the trial period, the customer experience should not be inhibited by the 4-day working week at Tennyson Suite.
Management, Monitoring and Review
A three-month trial has been proposed. During which time, we shall be analysing monthly the reviews from our employees and their managers, as to the success, or otherwise, of the new working regime, prior to cementing the scheme to provide a better work-life-balance for the team.
