The survey is undertaken under the strict guidance of our chartered surveyors in collaboration with our in-house fire engineers.

Upon review of the physical make-up, our engineers will ascertain whether or not, the external wall components give rise to risk of fire spread across the building.

Where fire risk is likely, due to the type of external wall constructed, there which may be significant life-safety implications to residents and others in the event of a fire.

Unsuitable external wall systems may require remediation, and as a result directly affect the value of the building.
